1. Eligibility

Because our work is service-based and often begins with planning, design, and setup, refunds are generally not offered after a project has started unless the written agreement says otherwise.

2. Deposits and Milestones

Initial deposits and completed milestone payments are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is reached, we may review any remaining balance on a case-by-case basis.

3. Scope Changes and Revisions

Refunds are not issued for work already delivered, approved concepts, or changes requested outside the original scope. Additional work is quoted separately.

4. Processing a Refund

When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Bank or payment provider timelines may affect when the funds appear.

5. Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be confirmed in writing by SAdigisoft management. Questions can be sent to salesteam@sadigisoft.com.

How We Deliver

02

Solution Design

We define architecture, user flows, data models, integrations, and delivery boundaries before build work accelerates.

03

Sprint-based build with progress updates, code reviews, and continuous testing.

04

Launch & Improve

Go-live support, monitoring, operational handover, and iteration once real users begin using the system.
