1. Service-Based Refunds

As SAdigisoft provides professional digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Any exceptions are governed by the specific service agreement signed at project kickoff.

2. Milestone Payments

For projects with milestone-based payments, completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is reached, a pro-rated refund may be considered.

3. Changes in Scope

Refunds are not applicable for changes in project scope or client-requested revisions once the original scope has been delivered.
