Social App UI — Concept Demo

This is a self-built concept demo of a social feed interface — not a client project, with no real user base behind it. It explores feed layout at speed, lightweight interaction patterns (likes, comments, shares) that feel immediate, and a notification model that surfaces activity without becoming noise.

What the demo works through

• A feed that renders new content without a jarring full re-layout when something updates at the top — the same problem any live-updating list has to solve, whether it's posts or, in an LMS context, a live cohort-activity feed
• Interaction affordances (like, comment, share) that respond instantly on the client rather than waiting on a round trip, with the actual write reconciled in the background
• A notification model that groups related activity ('3 people commented') instead of one notification per event, which is what turns a notification list into noise within a day

The genuinely hard part of a feed interface isn't any one component, it's keeping all of them fast and coherent once the list is long and updating in real time — that's the part a static mockup can't demonstrate and this concept demo was built specifically to try.

Community and cohort interaction is also part of coaching-institute and corporate LMS work — discussion threads, peer progress, and instructor notifications inside a course use the same grouped-notification logic. See Coaching Institutes & Creators and Student Dashboard & Admin Panel.

A social feed is also a good stand-in for any interface where content volume grows without a natural ceiling — the same list-rendering and notification-grouping problems come up in an activity feed for a large training cohort, just with course updates instead of posts.
